Did you miss me?

Probably not, lol!
Well, it has been quite a while since my last post and so much has been happening but I won't bore you with all that! just stopping by to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and to load my latest scrapbook layout.
Most of the pages I've created over the past few weeks have featured dd #3 Anita. She and her partner have just relocated to Canada. They hope to spend the next 3 years there before making their next move! I will miss them terribly! This layout is of Anita holding the latest addition to the family. His name is GeeToo and he looks nothing like this picture now! He is fully grown and lost that cute kitty look!

my scraproom

This is a video I made of my scraproom for Scrapjazz but had no way of posting it there so I will link it from here.
The quality isn't the best as I filmed it on my digital camera. The video camera always has a flat battery when I want to use it.
I got the idea to do this from Georgina (GH26) at SJ and hope that lots of others put their voices out there.
Thanks for watching.

It's 2 months later and.....

I killed my computer last week, BOO HOO! Lost everything so now I have the lengthy task of reinstalling all my crap. Luckily all photos and music were backed up but heaven knows what programs I've lost.
On a lighter note, I've just returned from W.A. and dds' graduation. Weather was too hot but fine which was a nice change from our last visit when it rained every day! Here is the layout I did of the graduation. I bought a packet of canvas paper while away and used it to print this photo, I quite like the effect. Poor dd was so terribly tired, jetlagged, but the night went well and immediately afterward dh and I jumped on the redeye flight home. After spending several days with ds in Melbourne we boarded a flight for the last leg of our trip home. This is when the fun started. All strapped in ready for takeoff and the front door hingepin broke, OOPS, so everyone was removed from the plane while another one was organised. One and a half hours later we were finally on our way. So glad the door decided to fall off on the ground and not at 30,000 feet!
